   A: TravelDoc is a third party tool to check your travel requirements, and you cannot check-in on this website. Please contact your airline, cruise liner or travel agent directly if you are experiencing issues.
   
   
2. Q: It says my Passport issuing country and nationality must be the same, but my passport was issued in a different country.
   A: The nationality and issuing country of passports are almost always the same. The issuing country refers to the government that issued the document, not the geographical location the passport was issued. For example, if you are an American national, but your passport was issued by the US embassy in London, your passport was still issued by the American Government representatives in the United Kingdom, and 'United States' should be submitted as both your passport's issuing country and nationality.
